TICKETS ARE ANSWERED WITHIN 2-HOURS OF SUBMISSION. Tickets will be answered within 2-hours of submission, as long as the ticket was submitted during our normal hours of operation. Tickets that are submitted outside of our normal operating hours, will receive a response within 12-hours. To submit a support ticket, you must have a user account on our website. The only way to obtain a user account on our website is to make a purchase or log-in to our website using your social media account (Facebook, Linked-In, or Google).
