Our Story

PILOTNICK™ Publishing was founded in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado in March, 2014. Our organization was created to write and publish Aerospace Education Content exclusive for Flight Instructor Certification.

We are a small company run by a group of airline pilots and normal people (non-pilots) who are passionate about training future pilots that will inevitably replace us. We write and produce content for clients who need structured training material, don't like lots of red tape and desire to learn with clear and concise training material. We create products that teach our customers' what they need to know, and want to know, without over complicating what is being taught.

We take a radically different approach to aerospace education. As out-of-the-box thinkers, we write and publish content designed for clients who are passionate about learning how to fly and passing the skill down to many future generations to come.

For critical issues, we monitor our support system during daylight hours, seven days per week. For standard, non-critical requests, we monitor and respond to all support requests from 10AM-4PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.

Phone Support

PILOTNICK does NOT offer any end-user (consumer) Sales, Customer Service or Product Support inquiries by telephone, under any circumstances.

End-User (consumer) Inquiries are handled entirely online either via an email or by submitting a Support Request using our Help Beacon. With fully online support, we can respond to all customers quickly and efficiently, which guarantees that you'll reach the correct staff member who can help you with your request.
